I thought I was going to a meeting!

Here's my husband and I above and my mother and I below, the girls made a
step-and-repeat and credentials for the occasion.

My Beautiful Book Baby Shower

The paper flowers that I made and the moss covered letters via Choosing You from Etsy.

We glue gunned the letters to different candlesticks purchased from Ikea.

One of the long tables set up at my mother's house.

Pink depression glass plates purchased from multiple vendors on Ebay.

Greenhouse purchased at Ikea

Flowers with moss in round bowl then glue gunned to Ikea candlestick

My Aunt did all the flowers, cabbage roses and succulents.

Moss purchased via Blue Skies Forever on Etsy.
Shown here with succulent in rose bowl and glue gunned to Ikea candlestick.

Pink pique fabric from Serena & Lily that my mother made into table runner.

Vintage fairy tales purchased from Ebay and placed in Ikea frames.

Prizes for the games.

A champagne welcome for guests.

The Serena & Lily Moses Basket was a gift for me,
and filled with a "Sugar & Spice" parting gift for guests.

Baby-faced cookies made by my mother.

Wreath also made by my Aunt.

Geronimo Balloons

I've been obsessing about Geronimo balloons for some time now.. Is it strange to buy them just to have them floating around my NYC apartment?

BHLDN Decor

I posted about BHLDN back in March when they launched a wedding boutique website featuring bridesmaids dresses, party dresses, shoes, jewelry and accessories. BHLDN operates under the Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie and now they've launched a decor line that includes wedding signage, decorations, photo backdrops and favors.  Items may not be practical to be especially on a wedding budget but do serve to inspire!
