Another option for a venue to how the Songwriters event is Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood. A favorite hotel of mine from year's ago, Sunset Marquis underwent an amazing facelift and now has a gorgeous restaurant surrounded by serene gardens.

Desperately searching for a venue in LA - cool enough to end our Songwriters Music Series with Colbie Caillat to benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. The first choice, Mr. C in a Beverly Hills! Mr. C is a new hotel boutique hotel that opened June 1st in Beverly Hills by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani and my photos below do not do it justice!

36th Annual End of The Summer Party Logo
For the past almost two decades, my husband's uncle has hosted an end of the summer party in Syracuse, NY. This year's occasion will also serve as a semi-family reunion taking place over the weekend at an overnight camp called Lourdes Camp. I've been asked to come up with a logo for the festivities and was inspired by the vintage Lourdes Camp t-shirt (see below) that my husband's cousin recently wore on a camping trip. What do you think of my first attempt? I'm kind of in love...
